Giving Back to the Community

 

After selling our "Popcorn Salad"  on four different occasions during the school year, we voted to give the money to the Stockbridge Volunteer Fire Department.  Fire Chief Jim Munyon and department members Corey Novotny, Dan Novotny and David Brown stopped by school so we could present our check to them.

We love to cook!  We published a cookbook with some of our favorite recipes we tried this year!

Class Play

 

The cast from our play "The Stockbridge K & 1st Grade Musicians".  Our play was based on The Bremen Town Musicians but we retold the story using characters that each student chose.  

Students made the scenery for our play.   We had a fun time working on this project.  

Poetry Notebooks

 

Students have been busy throughout the year writing different types of poems.  

After completing our Table of Contents, the Poetry Notebooks are ready to go home to share with families.  

Big Friend/Little Friend Mini Golf

 

Big Friends and Little Friends celebrated the end of the year with a trip to play mini-golf.  So much fun!!
